We conducted user interviews, created user personas, and developed user journey maps to understand the typical workflows and pain points of institutional clients. We organized design workshops and collaborative sessions with UX designers and institutional clients to define the optimal user experience. This iterative process involved feedback loops and rapid prototyping to refine the platform's design based on user insights and expectations.
